    Direct Deliveries Project Manager

    In this role I have managed the start-up of the Direct Deliveries Pilot Project working in Logistics and cross-functionally with the Commercial, Finance and IT departments, a number of UK and European factories and a major European customer. With the support of a team composed by members working in different functions of the organisation, I have been working on process-engineering, efficiency, time and change management.
